Energy Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order is processed by Energy, it is fulfilled and shipped by our trusted Teemdrop suppliers.
Processing times may be slightly longer during high‑volume periods, holidays, or product launches.
Shipping Times
Because we work with multiple Teemdrop suppliers, shipping times can vary by product.
Typical delivery windows:
• Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
• International Shipping: 10–20 business days (where available)
These timeframes are estimates provided by Teemdrop suppliers and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or regional factors.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear, depending on the supplier and carrier.
If your tracking number does not update immediately, don’t worry — this is normal for Teemdrop‑fulfilled shipments.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately.
This is because different Teemdrop suppliers may fulfill different products.
You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated into the advertised price.
Energy does not mark up shipping fees — all rates come directly from Teemdrop supplier and carrier calculations.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Energy and Teemdrop suppliers are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Failed delivery attempts
• Unclaimed packages
If a package is returned to the supplier due to an address issue, reshipment fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed:
1. Email us at admin@fitfemmewear.com
2. Include your order number and tracking information
3. We will contact the Teemdrop supplier to investigate and resolve the issue
Please note:
Carriers may mark packages as “delivered” up to 48 hours before they physically arrive.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because Teemdrop suppliers begin processing orders quickly, we can only modify or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase.
After that window, changes cannot be guaranteed.
