Energy Return Policy
30‑Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Because Energy fulfills orders through Teemdrop, all returns must follow Teemdrop supplier guidelines.
Eligibility for Returns
A return may be approved if:
• The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
• The item is unworn and in resellable condition
• The request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
Teemdrop suppliers require photo or video evidence for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please include this when submitting your request.
Non‑Returnable Items
For hygiene and supplier reasons, the following cannot be returned:
• Underwear and intimates
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards
• Items returned without authorization
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide clear photos or video of the issue.
3. We will work with the Teemdrop supplier to approve a replacement or refund.
If the item is in stock, a replacement will be issued. If not, a refund will be processed.
Return Process
1. Email us at admin@fitfemmewear.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. If approved, we will provide return instructions based on the Teemdrop supplier handling your order.
3. Once the supplier receives and inspects the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Important: Items returned without prior approval cannot be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item), return shipping is covered.
• For all other returns (size, fit, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs per Teemdrop supplier policy.
Exchanges
Teemdrop suppliers do not support direct exchanges.
To get a different size or style:
1. Complete a return for the original item.
2. Place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and processed:
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after supplier inspection
